Stockpicker strategies – how to?

Hello Members,

I want to build stockpicker strategies, but I cannot do anything (download data), because it says me, I don’t have any subscription or stg. like that.
Do I have to pay somewhere money if I want to have datas for stockpicking strategies?
Can you please explain me a briefly step-by-step description?
