Strategies from template not passing MCC/SPP because parameters

I’m using this template to generate strategies with random condition on a range of time (hour and minute), the issue is none of my generated strategies are passing a MCC/SPP, looks like SQX is testing a range the hours and minute also with invalid data.

For example, on MCC parameters if SQX changes my hour from 19 to 19.5 is an invalid hour. I’m not really sure if that the problem, but makes sense. Any idea?
