Two questions about multicharts using TSL

I am using multicharts engine development strategy.
First, the use of ATR as a TSL, regardless of the switch is not working.

the value you show on the image for TSL = 0.01 * ATR (1) … the multiplier 0.01 does not make any sense. It will not work properly under standard conditions
