I get the following error in my log when I attempt to download anything from Dukascopy:

Unable to download file http://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/EURUSD/2018/02/30/23h_ticks.bi5

I’ve tried:

turning off my firewall

turning off my antivirus

using a VPN

I’m not sure what else to try. Thanks

I have just successfully downloaded EURUSD data up to 3rd April. Please try once more
