Unable to use SQX more than 3 days: “Too many attempts”

Hi,
After I have used SQ on IBM cloud, I was able to restart my SQ license to use it again on my workstation, it says “Too many license restart attempts”.
Since Friday I have been unable to use it and no one replied from the support, which makes me wonder why I pay for the full license if I cant use it ?
Can someone please advise.
