Updated to 125 and now I have all these problems

I have updated the same way as I usually do. However, this time round I have a multitude of issues after installed build 125. The first thing is this error on start up:

And more importantly, I can’t seem to build any strategies.. gets stuck initiating backtest data.. I left it running for 12 hours and it was still like this. Previously i tried a different pair NZDUSD.. as you can see below there are some strategies but no fitness level. Anyone see this and how can I fix?

Seems to have worked.. thanks so much!

However, have to download all my data again and my strategies that i had are now lost! Anyway to retrieve those?
