What difference between Perf indicator Stagnation and StagnationV2?

Hello,

What is the difference in calculation between Perf indicator Stagnation and StagnationV2?

I did not find StagnationV2 in the code editor.

I would like to use it as filter.

(I am under SQX 137 RC3.)
