What’s the difference between SQ and Lucena QuantDesk®

I see that Lucena QuantDesk® could make trade strategy based on prices prediction, using some ML’s model.

And SQ focus on strategy generating, based on  traditional technological analysis, using prices, vol, and some indicators.

The technological analysis have some “predicition”, that the price trend will go on, or reverse. But the accuracy of  technological analysis may be low most time.

Would SQ add module that it can predict futures prices movement using machine learning or some other method? And make trade strategy based on that?

If I am wrong, please correct me.
