it is the same, the checkbox next to IF rule was added only to make it simpler to use.

I assume you mean you want to check that MA crossed and itwas confirmed by one more candle. Here are the rules:

IF

MA(x)[2] crosses above MA(y)[2]

and

MA(x)[1] > MA(y)[1]

THEN

 

The important thing here is the Shift parameters., You should use 2 for the cross condition – it will check if there was cross 2 bars ago.

Then use Shift=1 in second condition that checks if the MA(x) is still above MA(y) 1 bar ago.
