EA analyser doesn’t open

Hello ,

I can’t install correctly either the 32 bits or 64 bits version 3 trial of EA Analyser in its default directory ( C:\EA… ) . At run time I get an “An internal error occured (error code 7 ) .
Hencemore , I can’t uninstall EA Analyser with its default uninstal program ; I get the following error message “unable to create temopary file . Setup aborted. Error 5 : access denied .”

I can’t neither run correctly the EA Analyser V4 Beta 64bit version ; at the opening , it begin to open ( start… ) , and after one or two seconds , close .

I use Windows 7 – 64 bits – with last JAVA update version ( 8.45) ,and I have ran those EA Analyser trials versions with identical bugs with my two laptops.

Can you help ?

P.S : Attached file is the Log file for the ‘EA Analyser V4 Beta 64bit ‘ aborted run

so you installed the program but then you get this error when you try to run it?

I don’t see any log file attached. could you attach the log file here or send it to our support email?
