Won’t get strategy/EA code

Apart from the annoying update available that won’t update and the trust issue with having to re-enter the licence number everytime, the EA wizard won’t produce an EA. Bit pointless, really frustrated, spent friggin hours learning how to use the program – then creating the strategy to find out it wont create the EA.

The program just hangs with “loading strategy code…” see image

There’s no dropdown to select code type either.

Am I doing something wrong? Please rescue me.

this seems odd. Have you tried to re-install the software?

How about the ‘validity’ test. was that ok before you tried to get the code?

Yes, I even turned the pc off and on again. I’m going to try to load it on a different pc with a new code and see if that works. Fingers x’d.

This is weird, I have made almost all of the possible mistakes and never seen this happen.
