Importing Data

Hi All,
I have had no trouble importing M1 data from AxiTrader MT4 for all the pairs I trade except for one – the AUDJPY. I can successfully export the M1 data from the History Center, but when I import to SQ it shows up as M2 data. Because of this I cannot generate higher timeframes.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Much appreciated.
James.

Hi tomas262,
I’ve attached the data in a zipped folder. It’s data from 2016 ish to today.
Thanks for your help.
James.

Hello,
I have tried to import the data and it works as expected. Try to delete the symbol and re-import

Thanks tomas262,
It’s still not working for me, even when deleting the symbol and re-importing.
I’ll try importing the data from a different broker.

I cannot import data automatically for custom indicators.
I am using Windowa 10, I have tried giving permissions to everything that I can find, but still get the following message:
“Error!!!! custom indicator data automatic import Strategy Quant is unable to write to C:\Pepperstone\terminal, the folder is read only. Try to save into another directory.

Hello,
you can also try the manual version if the automatic fails described in the PDF manual step-by-step. It is more robust and easy solution we provide since many users experience issues with automatic import

Hi Tomas,
I have the same problem as James Upton with importing AUDJPY.
It does not work correctly even I deleted symbol and data and restarting StrategyQuant (v3.8.2).
When I import data for this symbol (same parameters as you presented in screenshot), the timeframe is always M2.
I re-export the data from MT4 and the result was the same!
Any idea where is the problem?
Thanks, Paul

Hello Paul,
can you ZIP the data file and send me to [email protected]? I can test it in my SQ copy
