Hello,
In ichimoku the Senkou A & B are calculated based on current prices and projected 26 periods into the future. In the wizard, do the senkou readings correspond to those at the current price, or are they already projected into the future?
Thank you!

Hello,
the current bar Senkou A & B is calculated 26 bars ago thats why you set the period
Hi Tomas,
So in the wizard, when we choose Senkou A & B as the output values, are they the values at the current price, or the values 26 periods in the future?

Hello,
these are values for current bar (or previous bar with Shift = 1 respectively).
Hi Tomas,
Is it possible to get the Senkou value that is 26 periods in the future? Is there such a thing as shift = -26?

Hello,
I saw in MetaTrader that this indicator makes a projection into the future but not sure about this. Will have to test it if anything can be done

Hello,
it is not possible from what I have found out to reference “projections” of an indicator into the future. Maybe somebody else here on the forum has some experience to share

Thanks Tomas, hopefully someone can shed some light on this.
Edit: Since the future kumo is computed based on current price values, getting the future Senkou values is possible. e.g. future Senkou A is current (T+K)/2
