BTCUSD error tick

Hi everybody!

I’ve got a Pro membership of Quant Data Manager and I’ve downloaded the tick from Dukascopy of the pair BTCUSD; in my MT4 platform, the symbol has name “BTCUSD.” , so in the label “Name in MT4” I’ve wrote “BTCUSD.”.

But When I test a strategy, the most bar of the bar is pink, not green, as you can see in the screenshot.

What I’m wrong?

can you please make sure you are using the very last version QDM 121?
Also make sure you use the updated script (ExportProperties.mq4) from the version 121 in your MetaTrader4. The previous version was not right for the tick data export

Where I can find the updated script? I’m already using it,but maybe I’ve got an old version.

I’ve updated the script, but I’ve got the same problem.
