Loading Plugins during open QDM

I am trying to open the QDM in my External Storage, and it keep showing Loading plugins and no response.

Hi,

it works for me well from an USB stick. Can you try to make a clean copy using a zip file https://strategyquant.com/quantdatamanager/download/ ?
