Missing data

I did Update All from Data Manager (in SQ X) to update the historical data and I realized that missing 3 days of the last week (Dukascopy Data).

Hello

is it futures data or forex? StrategyQuantX or QuantDataManager? What symbol (market) do you try to download?

One more question about the Future Data in SQX … I have a subscription and see that since 30 of Oct I dont get new history data in the Data Manager anymore. (Symbols RX, ET, EW, NM, ect…)

How often is the data there updated? All other forex symbols are up to date to today.

Forex data, SQ X, EURUSD, GBPUSD, ecc.  Missing 3 days from this month.

we experience some issue with data server now. We are working on this issue to be resolved in the shortest possible time. Normally the data are updated on daily basis

you might need to re-download the data. I have checked AUDUSD and have the complete history now – no missing days

re -dowloading 300 gig   crazy.

Now it seems to work using this procedure:

1- download the data of the single financial instrument;

2- re-download the last 6 months, writing the missing data;

3- check and it seems to work. IMPORTANT: do the steps one at a time for each financial instrument.
