MT5 or MT4 ?

Hi SQX Team,

did you prefer to develop strategies with MT4 or MT5 engine ?

Hello,

in my opinion it is better to use MT5 if you start. One huge benefit is that MT5 backtester can use multi-threading and MT5 also supports futures / stocks trading. If you are already using MT4 and have strategies developed you can keep using MT4 without any issues

honestly i dont trust MT5 MQL code as it is now in B124…

why would i need MT5 backtester, when i have SQX?

is anyone here using MT5 and know that strategies are trading the same way as in backtest?
