VPS and compatibilities with other programs

I am new to trading and trying to set everything up and have a few questions.

– I would like to run strategy quant all the time to build bots but can’t off my laptop. Does Meta trader VPS support this???? i was trying to this up with Netcup but its highly complicated and not even they could help me. Or what other VPS is recommended??

– If meta trader VPS does work with Strategy Quant X could they both run off line??

– As you can see im trying to have everything running and building continuously, as i cant setup a station as i travel to much. some guidance would be great?? Thanks in advance.

– I reply from someones question about just upgrading the laptop, however, again it doesnt give me access to run the programs while the laptop is closed.
