License code does not work

I purchase the license code to activate my software yesterday 12/29/14. When I enter the code into the box, it says invalid. This is the code StrategyQuant sent me via email after I purchase the software online for $127. I have emailed 6-7 times to [email protected] and [email protected]. I have only received a canned response to come to this website rather than actual help. I would like to think your company is more professional than this. I have not received a new license or a fix for the issue. Please remedy this situation immediately or give me a full refund via PayPal. Thank you.
