Is the Moving Average calculated based on RSI value on price chart?

Do you want just apply MA on RSI and detect crossovers?

what i’ve done is that i added the regular moving average over RSI Indicator on my MT4 applying the MA to the previous indicator data , but i have no idea on how to make it using EA Wizard

and yes , i want it to detect crossovers (i want to make it an EA)

I suggest that You should know more about indicators,  their calculation and meaning.

The default MA is based on prices, close, or high, and others.

According your picture, I guess you want create a strategy base on  the cross between RSI and RSI’s average.

If you want do that, I think you need custom indicators, create a indicator first, and then import it and data to SQ.  This is not friendly in SQ3.8 now. But you can try.

If SQ support that use indicator’s value as others indicator’s variables or parameters, that would be easy.

Not sure if you want to do this in Wizard or SQ. I can do an example for Wizard if you like

I have attached an MT4 indicator that may be of great help in this situation

OR

It may confuse the issue. I hope not.

This thing can be imported and used to accomplish, I think, what is being attempted.

Enjoy.

If you are comparing the display on an MT4 chart, please keep in mind that MT4 charts are inaccurate.

Using the chart display to confirm arithmetic probably will not work
