Custom Indicator import for Renko Bars

I’m trying to setup using offline charts for my strategy. I’ve loaded in the tick data and have the file in SQ. I have a couple of custom indicators that I would like to use. I’ve got through the part where you define the indicator and then I get stuck on importing the data.

 

I’m using the MT4 Platform. There are 2 fields that need directories selected. I seem to no understand what directories these are. I woiuld like to do this automatically and not have to do the manual import.

 

Does anyone know what directories go in these 2 fields and how to find them?

 

 

 

Question 2: If using offline charts and doing a manual import using the GenBuilder_IndicatorExportEA.mq4, what time-frame do you put the strategy tester on?

seems that in newer versions of MT the both paths should be the same i.e. root MT4 folder (for example C:\MetaTrader 4) but I need to test it whether it works properly this way

Set the timeframe to match the data in StrategyQuant. If you build strategies on M30, use M30 too to calculate values
