Create lowest indicator level in a range

Hello,
I’m just getting to know this software: I would like to ad a condition to MA cross strategy whereby the trade is taken only if the MACD is at the lowest in a certain range.
When I try to use the LOWEST custom indicator this does not allow me to operate it on the MACD but defaults only to price. Is there a workaround?
I’ll attach the dialog window where that happens.
Thanks for any help. These are the frustrating things that have made me quit in the past!

Of course I mean lowest for long entries and highest for short!

I kind of overcame the problem by using the difference between two moving averages and requiring that it be greater than ATR, etc. This is what a MACD is after all.
But I wanted to know if indicators could also be used to post highest or lowest values, probably not.

Hello,
you could use the indicator lowest/highest function to achieve that.
Let me know if any questions or issues
