How to Create OCO Breakout Orders or Turn Off Hedging

How do I create OCO, One Cancels Other orders as a way not to activate Hedged orders or better yet flip a switch not to allow hedged orders.
I like the idea of setting up pending breakout orders but once one side or the other is activated (the breakout) the other pending order is cancelled.

deleting OCO pending order only ON BAR?

because it could happen that the opposite pending order should be triggered on 1 candle

shouldnt be ON TICK?

You are right. It is a much better option to cancel with “on tick” regime. Made a modified example attached
