why do not set the TSL and TSL activation right when an order is open? See the image

I have set TSL and TSL activation and order isopen(Entry rule), But I need when some conditions occur then my strategy must modify original TSL or if some condition rule exist or achieve TSL not need else just set TSL or TSL activation.

For Example:

1. if  rule A (Entry rule) achieved just set TSL 10 pips, If rule B (Exit rule or other rule) achieved just modify TSL 10 pips to 5 pips for exit.

2.if rule A achived no need TSL, if  rule B achieved just set TSL and TSL Aactivations for exit.
