problem with DAX and other index data

I have been trying to get data from TDD and Tickstory for DEUIDXEUR lately and it is impossible. About a week ago I managed to get from TDD tick data (1min don’t work as I get “intrarday” in TF).

TDD I download the data (19.09.2011 to 09.10.2016) but when it tries to export I get Cancelled – Error occurred. I get TDD engine Parse Exception Unparseable date “2016.09.30 19:582011. 09.19 02:06:28.535”

Then I try with Tickstory. I get a big file (2.5 Gb) fot tick export and when import in SQ I get only last date available. If I try 1min export I get the “intraday” problem.

In the past (data until 23.09.2016) I had no problem with TDD and tick data. I noticed this happens with other European markets like FRAIDXEUR (EUSIDXEUR works fine), AUSIDXAUD and USATECHIDXUSD (USA30 AND 500 are fine).

What is going on anyone had similar experience?

Pls provide exact settings to download MT4 index data.

I deleted all data and problem with TDD solved. Didn’t touch on Tickstory
