Hi, in the new realease SQ4 BETA7 from today, is the MT5 generated coding error free and useable on a MT5 live account?

Any experiences?

Regards Chris

I would suggest not using SQ4 BETA7 for live trading yet,

it is not done yet and you may experience issues while working with it,

wait for the stable version to come out / official release, until then SQ3 will be the way to go.

I suggest to wait for the release version.

If the release version comes you can install on demoaccount the first 3-6 months.

You can check by yourself how stable is SQ 4.X.

Generate EAs with 3.8.2, import this in 4.X . compare backtests on metatrader4, and ninjatrader and tradestation.

Compare Trades with 3.8.2  and 4.X and Metatrader, Ninjatrader, Tradestation.

if you want to make money the 3.8.2 is the best version. This version is more stable.

Yes you are right, at a moment it is also not possible to import my broker MT5 data in SQ4 (only in SQ3) and I don’t trust the DK data, because I had for the same strategy different results after some downloads from dukascopy, there must be some bias problems in the history, so I only can trust my own broker data…But I wait until I can import the MT5 data in SQ4…
