Purchased Futures Intraday data.. and how to activate?

Hi, yesterday I subscribed for the Futures Intraday.. unfortunately no explanation came with the email confirmation. The licence code did not show up yesterday also in my profile, but today. But still in SQX the Futures Intraday data are not available.

Would be helpful to provide some information after sale also how to activate the data package. I was assuming that it will be available automatically in SQX after payment..

Also the provided password for downloading the futures e-book in this Zoho WorkDrivee does not work…

Hello,

it is simple. You need to purchase the data using the same email address you purchase StrategyQuantX. This way the data will be automatically available within StrategyQuantX

If you purchased using a different email address you need to login to our dashboard and merge both email addresses using this page https://strategyquant.com/merge-mail/
