Also the number of trades are not identical, I think you used 2 different stats…

No. I used the same file. Number of trades are identical but MT4 does not use Cancelled/expired trades:

#Win trades: 618

#Losses trades: 720

Total : 1338 Trades. The same number what you can see in MT4.

Hi Irod

the issue is well known from the board.

You should try to import M1 data of your symbol using the tab “open balances”.

Note you have to export CSV file data from metatrader4 history center and follow instruction to put that file into QA installation folder.

Anyway, I also have the same issue.

No matching drawdowns between mt4 report and QA, neither if loading into QA the same CSV file used for the mt4 backtest.

It’s absurd.

Could anyone from QA Board reply on this issue?

Generally QA shows only DD calculated using closed trade. Open balances will not alter statistics, the result is displayed using equity chart (when switched to time axis) or on overview tab – Monthly ending open balances

Thank you Thomas.

Why you never considered to use CSV file data loaded into ” \\minutedata folder ”  to calculate real floating drawdown?

Calculating drawdown on trade closed is not correct, you know.

You can ask data example   EURUSD M1 as compulsory; a M1 timeframe will be enough.
In fact, with “open balances” feature, you are already asking this data.

This way the drawdown of the imported Metatrader strategy report will be reliable, being very similar with the original report.

It should be like making…a simple auditing data.
Otherwise import reports from “outside” will be useless, because drawdown is not reliable.
