Reversal Candle Trade Enter

Hi guys:

I need to enter a parameter and I don’t know how to do it. I need the trade to enter when the previous candle was in the opposite direction of the one that close last.

Ex:
Enter a buy- when previous bearish candle [2]closed and a new bullish candle[1] closed next.

Or

Enter sell- when previous bullish candle [2] closed and new bearish candle [1] closed next.

I need this ASAP if anyone can help me. Thanks

it can be done easily using shift parameter and price values (open, close) reference. See the example attached

Thank you, the other thing I’m struggling with is that the strategy is opening more than one trade per candle. Is there a way to limit only one entry per condition met in that candle? Let me know. Thanks

if you check “Evaluate rule on bar open only ..” it will place a trade only once a bar closes. This is one way to make sure you enter only once per bar
