Freezing issue

Hi, I consider buying the StrategyQuant X but I need to know some more details. I currently run the trial version but it seems like it has some kind of freezing issues. While it works OK and builds strategies, if I start playing at the same time with the UI (eg. click the ‘fitness evolution’ button), the software seems like stopping generating strategies.

To me, as a professional software developer it seems to be some kind of deadlock. I tried to set ‘custom number of cores’ to 18 (I have an AMD 3950 / 12 cores / 24 threads) and I also loaded the ‘StrategyQuantX_nocheck.exe’ executable and it gone a little bit better but it still freezes. Especially currently the ‘Retester’ where I retest on Higher Backtest precision data it stuck after retesting 864 strategies out of 1000 and it doesn’t want to move on.

Anyone having any idea of what this problem might be?

Do you mean it freezes or crashes completely? Would you share a short video showing us the issue?

No. It seems like freezing (in no way crash). The rest of the UI seemed like trying to operate. Unfortunately, I can’t create a video. My trial license has expired and I am not intending to buy a subscription at the current time with these issues. Apart from that, thank you for trying to help.
