Help! Can’t do something which should be very simple!

Been trading a while but fairly new to auto-trading.

Suppose I open a trade at 09:00 and close it 1 hour later. At 10:00, I then want to place the exact same trade, either long or short depending on whether the previous trade was long/short and profit/loss. Example, last trade was long and a loss, so this trade should be short. If it was long and a profit, go long again.

I cannot get it to work. I’ve used the Closed P/L in pips < 0, long condition, but is simply doesn’t seem to trigger anything.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, this won’t work. If you incorporate such condition it will never open the first trade since there is not a previous losing trade. You need to setup the condition a different way

Do you mean if a trade from 9 – 10 was long and end up losing you will open an opposite trade exactly at the previous trade close?
