Reset licence

Hello!

I reinstalled my Windows an I wanted to reset the licence.
Although I made this a long time ago, I could not reset, because I got the error report, that too many attempts…. Strange.

Would it be possible to (let say) limit the tries of the resets / year?
Let say everybody would have the opportunity to reset his licence 10x in a year (and after that just the admins…)

he agotado el numero de restablecimientos de licencia porque he ido cambiando de vps mas buenos es decir de mas calidad y luego me he comprado un sobremesa.

y ahora me voy a comprar  un sobremesa  mas potente y tengo que volver a restablecerla y ya he agotado el numero de restablecimientos

como puedo conseguir poner mi sqx en mi ordenador nuevo

porque entonces ahora mismo es como si ya no tuviera licencia y eso no deberia ser asi, tendrian que dar mas opciones

porque la gente cada vez va mejorando y le es necesario restablecer la licencia en computadoras de mas calidad
