Error Message In StrategyQuant Analiser

I am using Analyser on two PCs one main license and one of the additional licenses on my laptop. I am now getting the error message on the laptop which has only been a recent problem. I have even uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled the QuantAnalyser but the error persists when loading up a statement produced by MT4. The main desktop PC works perfectly when replicating the process.
I am often away from home so I really need a working version on my laptop.
What is wrong please?

please try to make a fresh install of QuantAnalyzer which might help you solve the issue. Let me know

Install the java package at java.com might help. I had problems aswell 2 years ago and had to reinstall Java.

Hello,
have you installed QA outside the Program Files folder? If not please do so. Also you can attach log files from the /log folder placed in your QA installation directory
