Hello, Need help here.

I have installed the software on my Mac M1, and i have the issue of not having the pop up windows to save my files, such as the config file. This is the sequence of things that happened.

I was trying out the trial before having to decide a purchase.

1st picture > shows that I tried to save my config as “save as”.But i dont get any pop ups

2nd picture > I try to click “show all windows in my mac”

3rd picture > I can see a transparent “program” there but I cant click on it.

I am wondering what is happening here. Does anyone has the same issue?Or is it just me?

I did try to reinstall the software but to no anvil.

Please help me on this. Thank you.

I tried saving my strategy also it didnt work.

Hello!

I have the same problem with a Mac M2, any solution? I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, I’m thinking that it must be a user level configuration that I should delete but I don’t know where.

I add information.

Similar errors have been reported in new MacBook (m1, m2) updates and it occurs when working with two screens.

How the problem is caused:
– Open a program without connecting the second screen
– maximize the application
– Connect the second screen
– Then drag StrategyQuant from the first screen to the second while in full-screen mode
– Then open a popup like a Load or Open an existing project
– At this point, you should have invisible popups

How to solve the problem:
– Close the application
– open it again
– Use full screen on the second screen (the one you connected)
– Drag the application (in full-screen mode) to the first screen
– Try opening a popup like a Load or Open an existing project
– At this point, you should see the windows that were previously invisible

If it doesn’t work, repeat the process with a few variations until you get the popups back.
