Hey guys, I’ve been playing around with the program and I’m having a lot of troubles with the freezing and Java Errors.

I’ve done everything that Tech Support told me, changed Javas, switched things and I’m having always the Crash.

I’ve activated the memory protection, the one that tells you if the program stops to prevent using more of the 85% of the program memory.

Here’s the problem:

I got that message after 15 mins of running the Builder.

My computer has 32gb of RAM, an AMD Ryzen 7 X3D Processor and 1tb SSD.

I’ve limited the max cores to 8 of the 16 available and my RAM is set to let the program use the RAM he wants.

It uses like 8GB, and keep crashing everytime. Then I switch to 20GB and keeps crashing.

I’d love to have a way to max cap it so it doesn’t freezes or crashes, because the strategies are not saved after the crash and it’s very frustrating to work like this with a 2500€ machine.

I reseted the license and on my laptop works smoothly, I’m trying to think its because I have W11 on the laptop and Windows 10 on my Main PC.

Any tips guys? Has somebody experienced the same thing?

EDIT: I ‘ve been reading some tech things about computers and it seems that my processor doubles the cores by doing don’t know exactly what, but it just have 8 cores, so having 8 as max may result on that.

I’ve put 8gb of max RAM and 4 max cores and it seems to be working now. I’ve also ticked the option for letting Java decide what GarbageCollector to run.

I’ll post there what are the reuslts in this EURUSD Builder run.
