Market Profile

 Time Price Opportunities

The TPO (Time Price Opportunity) indicator, also known as Market Profile, shows how much time the market spends at each price level rather than focusing solely on traded volume.

This helps identify areas where the market accepts price (value areas) and where it rejects price, highlighting key levels such as the Point of Control (POC), Value Area High (VAH), and Value Area Low (VAL).

By visualizing the market’s auction process, the TPO indicator enables traders to better understand market structure, balance and imbalance conditions, and potential support and resistance levels. It is particularly useful for identifying consolidation zones, breakout opportunities, and trend development.
